The rooms are large, attractive, and well kept, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast from 6 to 10 am, though it's not included in the room rate. Dinner is available 5 to 10 pm, and there's no lunch service.

This Holiday Inn doesn't feel comfortable anymore, and I don't see IHG as family oriented. There's no breakfast now, seriously, and no Bible either. The cabin I stayed in at Birchwood Resort in Cadillac was more comfortable and better equipped. The AC here was the loudest I've ever heard, like an airplane waiting on the tarmac.

We had a nice room, though the view was of the gas station next door, which was totally fine. The frustrating part was that I couldn't get either our Roku stick or phone casting to work. Streaming is the only way to watch what you want these days, and this was one of the few hotels on our vacation where neither worked. Otherwise, it was a good stay, a solid four stars.

I had to extend my stay unexpectedly, and the front desk women were able to accommodate me. They were so helpful, considerate, compassionate, and just plain pleasant to talk to. Thank you, ladies. I'm sorry I didn't get your names, my mind was all over the place, but you know who you are ❤️.

We had a great family stay. The rooms were a good size, beds clean and comfy, water pressure great, and the pool was warm. Breakfast was yummy, with made-to-order choices, and the staff were friendly. It was only 8 minutes from our activity the next day, and the area was quiet at night with local food and amenities nearby if needed.
