Best Western Rambler

The front desk was helpful, and the customer service was great. The room itself was decent, and the shower pressure was amazing. The linens and pillows felt like they belonged in a $25-a-night room rather than one costing almost $200, though the rest of the room was nice. Also, we all got sick after eating at the nearby Taco Bell.

We came back and stayed here again on our return trip. I was too tired to try the hot tub and went straight to bed, but breakfast was great again, with the same young woman cooking. The first time, it was a shame that the pool and hot tub had just been painted and weren’t open. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and that breakfast cook really knows her way around a kitchen. It’s a great hotel just outside town, and I’d stay again if I pass through.

The pool and hot tub were a nice part of our stay, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were easy, with very kind front desk staff. The breakfast cooks were sweet and clearly enjoyed having guests around. Thanks to Heather for making things right. Her compassion and understanding meant a lot, and good customer service goes a long way.

The hot breakfast was a welcome surprise, with made-to-order meals that were far better than the usual. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive from the moment I arrived, making me feel looked after throughout my two nights at Best Western Rambler in Walsenburg, CO. I’d happily stay there again.
