After they overbooked, the staff offered no help finding somewhere else to stay. They just told me they had nothing for me and couldn't do anything, without even offering a courtesy night or a coupon to make up for what felt intentional. Now I have nowhere to sleep for the next four nights and am trying to book places that cost $80+ more. What good is a reservation if it doesn't actually confirm a room? This might do as a place to shower and sleep, but it would be my last choice for somewhere peaceful and comfortable. The staff were probably the rudest and least helpful I've dealt with.

I've stayed in several different rooms here and haven't run into any cleanliness or maintenance problems. I've seen negative reviews about those things, but some people complain just to complain. The staff work hard to keep the place clean and stay on top of routine maintenance, and they're always welcoming and really nice. It's dog friendly, too. There's a small complimentary breakfast to grab and go, plus a full kitchen if you want to make your own meals. If you forgot kitchenware, they have some you can borrow. Whether you're here for a night, a week, or a month, they can accommodate you. Thanks for a reasonably priced hotel with friendly staff.

I’m glad I can stay here while I figure out my next steps. It works for business, or as a retreat during home renovations, or even retirement. There’s a shopping plaza nearby with Market Basket, Marshalls, and more, plenty of restaurants to try, and lots of delivery choices. The team is fun and always greets you cheerfully. Mariah or Crystallee can make you a cup of coffee, and the holiday decorations get you in the seasonal spirit. They recently renovated the rooms, adding larger TVs and new beds that make everything feel fresh.

I spent hours trying to sort out where I was staying, even though I’d already paid. I’d flown all day, from Nashville to Orlando to Boston, and came here for the Shawn Mendes concert on the 25th at 7:30. They told me they had my money but couldn’t give me a room. I was confused, and the front desk told me to call booking.com and contact people myself. They gave me a key, but said if the problem wasn’t solved, I’d have to leave by 11. A woman who seemed to be the manager yelled from around her office wall asking my name and email, then looked at me and said, “I can’t help you.” Before heading to the concert, I asked if paying extra would let me keep the room. They said yes, so I ended up paying double the tax, had no time to get ready, and wasted a lot of time. The first front desk woman was sweet and understanding, but the people after her seemed not to care. I felt misunderstood and was very upset about paying double the tax. I’m a public school teacher and don’t make that kind of money, and I was far from home. I needed that money for something else, but made it work. I only wanted a place to relax after already paying, and instead spent hours going back and forth to make sure I had somewhere to stay. There were problems with the room and building, too. It smelled so bad in the hall and room, worse than cow manure, which I smell every day back home in timbuktu Tennessee. There was a sign in the hallway that said “trash room???” Maybe that’s normal around here, but I was disgusted. The bins had someone else’s beer, toilet paper, and cardboard box in them when I arrived. Everywhere looked filthy. I caught glimpses through the workroom doors as they opened and closed, and there was trash everywhere. The front area and washer and dryer rooms were filthy too, so it seemed like they had nothing to hide. The walls were so thin I could hear a child crying for two whole nights. The hard floor was sticky, the closet shelf was broken, and there was constant smacking at the door. I think someone was sweeping the carpet outside the doors every hour.

We felt right at home here. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
