Best Western Wapakoneta Inn

We stayed at a few motels on our trip to and from Florida, and this one stood out as the best by far. The room was clean and really comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was amazing. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. I’ll definitely come back, highly recommend it.

We arrived expecting the hot tub room we’d reserved, but were told it wasn’t pet friendly. That left us in a tiny room with tile floors. We’ve stayed here several times before with our dog in a hot tub suite, and the response was that an employee had broken the rules. Two days in heck. Bye, Best Western, hello Hilton.

Brent made our stay the best hotel experience we’ve had by far. After a rough few days, his kindness and help really stood out, and he was friendly the whole time. He even sorted out my requests for extra shampoo, conditioner, and a towel. Easily the best customer service we’ve had in the last 48 hours.

The rooms were very, very clean, and Brent at the front desk did all he could to make sure our stay went well. We’d just come from Atlanta and were pleasantly surprised by how helpful he was. Thanks, Brent, for such great customer service, 10/10.
