Guest services moved me to a better room, which was an easy fix. Before that, there were ants on the floor, a smell of smoke, and loud doors and thumps all around the room. There was literally a huge booger on the wall above the toilet, the chair was ratty, and the bathtub didn’t drain well.

Service was good, and the room was clean, but the bathroom could’ve used more attention. The dispenser was empty, and the easy chair was in BAD shape, with its material shredded all over. It should’ve been thrown out long ago.

It’s especially convenient if you’re traveling with a dog. There’s a large grassy area where we could easily and enjoyably walk our pup, and the hotel is close to the highway. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept. It’s a great value, and we’d definitely stay again.

I gave up and decided to tough it out for the night. In the second room, the toilet wouldn’t flush because there was no water in the reservoir and none flowing into it. One bedsheet also had brown crud on it. I’d already had to move because the heater in the first room kept running regardless of the temperature setting, making it unbearably hot. The staff didn’t know what to do and seemed annoyed when I said I couldn’t handle the heat. If I’d known how bad it would be, I never would’ve booked.
