Mulberry Bed & Breakfast

Even though our stay was short, I felt peaceful and at home in Fran's house. It made our Cape Cod vacation so much more enjoyable. Fran was a wonderful host, and the home was cozy, lovely, neat, and welcoming. She let my friend and me stay and enjoy her company, along with her incredibly thoughtful, tasty breakfasts. Her kindness and selfless spirit really stand out. Thank you, Fran. I hope I can come back soon.

Fran made us feel so welcome and special, and we loved spending time talking with her. Her breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed the room and the whole home. Fran knows the Wareham area inside out after living here so long, and if you tell her what you're interested in, she'll try to find information before you arrive. She's a terrific storyteller and cook, a thoughtful and kind person, a hardworking entrepreneur, and adventurous too. Her warm hospitality fills a home decorated with care, from the comfortable furniture and lovely plants to the charming figurines. Twinkle, her quiet, well-behaved cat, makes the place feel even more homey. We liked relaxing with a book on the long back deck, especially on the covered swing. We've met some amazing people here. Wareham Village is a ten-minute walk away, and Onset is about a fifteen-minute drive or bus ride. It has a lovely beach and a shady bluff with a nice view. My husband and I had a great time and recommend Mulberry Bed & Breakfast to everyone.

Fran was lovely to talk with throughout our stay, and she made us a wonderful breakfast. Her house felt so comforting, like my grandparents' home on Cape Cod. I'd recommend staying here.
