The views were amazing, and Jack was the best. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful, and breakfast was great. My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I had a wonderful stay with my two pups.

We came back for a second year, and somehow it was even better this time. The sunrise over the mountains was beautiful, and we danced by the gazebo out back. Around the bonfire, the owners greeted our guests and brought blankets, which made the whole evening feel so thoughtful and welcoming. Neil was especially warm and cheerfully answered all our questions. The rest of the staff were just as helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The Aiden Hotel in Warm Springs has become a reliable favorite for us, whether we're here for an event or just want an easy getaway close to home. We’ll book again. It really is a hidden gem.
We were in a bind after the rooms we’d booked at the Meriwether County Inn turned out to be absolutely disgusting. This place was a Godsend. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean with stunning views. They even reopened the bar after we got back from a wedding. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the huge gazebo and outdoor seating area. I’d highly recommend staying here.
We were here overnight for a motorcycle event. Emma was fantastic at the bar, really friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!
The stay itself was fantastic. The hotel and its location were lovely, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. But I spilled a can of Diet Coke in my room and quickly used a small pool towel to wipe it up so the floor wouldn't warp. There weren't any paper towels or another way to clean it. Later, I saw a $30 miscellaneous charge on my emailed receipt. When I asked, I was told it was for using that towel. I don't understand what else I could have done, since the spill needed quick attention, and I can't see how one thin towel is worth $30. The charge feels greedy and excessive, which was disappointing.
