Comfort Suites

Easy check-in, but the next morning my boyfriend opened the blinds and found the window full of ladybugs. One even landed in my hair. I’d noticed a few in the bathroom the night before and hadn’t thought much of it. I told the receptionist twice, but nothing was done. The place wasn’t full, so I would have appreciated being moved. We felt dismissed about the infestation, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here or return myself.

It was okay, but the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, and there was a stain on the couch that looked like bodily fluids. Calling breakfast a buffet is a stretch, it was continental at best. We booked because of the indoor pool for our 2-year-old granddaughter, but the water was too cold to swim in.

The room and the rest of the hotel were super clean, and the staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the complimentary cookies were a nice treat 🍪. Very comfortable, and that Southern Hospitality was appreciated. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is clean and the staff are kind and friendly. I’m a diamond member, so I found the $150 deposit odd. A day later it was still pending on my card, whereas it’s usually $50 and removed quickly. Also, why lock the front door at 11pm? Is it a rough neighborhood?
