The location was super convenient, with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby, and the stay was mostly quiet. Staff were nice. The room was mostly clean, though the carpet and sofa had several stains, and the bed was very hard, great if you like an extra-firm mattress. The lobby bistro was handy, but it closes around 9:30, so get breakfast early. Wi-Fi was fast and dependable, though I lost connection every day around 3:30 pm and could get back on right away.

The crew were accommodating, the service was great, and the hotel was very clean. Still, I expected a bit more for my money. The website advertised a spa, a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. It would have been nice to have some covering for the patio rooms. My room was small, with no microwave, and the refrigerator was about the size of a portable cooler. There was no free continental breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable and very quiet. Natasha made check-in exceptional, she was helpful and caring, and Debra was an excellent dining room server. The food, though, was subpar for Courtyard, barely adequate. I’ve never had food that disappointing at a Courtyard before. Too bad, since the nearby Cracker Barrel might be a better option.

Tanisha greeted us at check-in and took such good care of us. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s a very nice, new Courtyard Hotel, and a great hotel in a great location.

We only stayed one night, and the hotel was outstanding. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect. Check-in through the Bonvoy app was easy: it assigned me a room, and my phone worked as the key, so I never had to stop at the front desk. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
