Deluxe Inn (formerly Days Inn)

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and then three cockroaches crawled on my arms and into my ear when I lay down. For $90, I could’ve stayed somewhere that didn’t stink and was bug free. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It should be shut down, and people who live there reportedly pay $190 a week for a cockroach-infested room with a single bed. I’d seen the room online on Booking.com for $46. At the desk they told me it would be $50 plus a $30 deposit, and even after I booked the $46 rate, they charged me $9 more. I went to the lobby and waited over an hour while they tried to reach the owner. The staff acted like the infestation was my fault. This place is a joke and should be condemned. Please share this with the health department.

After one night here, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. There were cockroaches too. I had to take everything to a laundromat so I wouldn’t bring bed bugs with me. This place is ridiculous. Don’t stay here.

This place looks much better now that it’s reopened. It’s nice to see it neat and clean. I hope the owner keeps it this way.

Room 106 had a bad bed bug infestation, and they refused to do anything about it. I paid $350 for a week but left after one night and only got $180 back. When I arrived, there was no toilet paper or towels, and the front desk guy was super rude and told me not to cry. Cheap or not, it’s a waste of time and money. Worst hotel and service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be calling the health department and the news. Do not stay here.
