Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warsaw - E Center by IHG

I've stayed here twice while visiting family, and the people are awesome. They make sure my towels are clean and the trash is emptied every day, and breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. It's not a big, glamorous motel with fancy ballrooms, but it's a great place to stay. I can't say enough good about it.

After the notre dame game, we stayed overnight. Paul was great, the pads were new, and the room was at a comfortable temperature. The night staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and the fresh coffee machines were easy to use.

The worst part, by far, was finding bugs in my friend's bedding. He ended up sleeping in a chair. He told the front desk, but that's just bad. I had three friends from out of town staying there. The breakfast was the second biggest problem: the bins were full, so trash piled up on the counter, and many items hadn't been replenished. There were cleanliness issues in the rooms, too. Never again.

We ended up driving overnight because we weren't going to sleep in someone else's filth. We'd booked a month ahead, but were given a dirty room where it looked like someone had only made the beds. Makeup was smeared on a pillow, hair was all over the beds, pillows, floor, night table, and shower, the toilet seat was dirty, and the floor had crumbs, hair, and even a dirty bandage. One pillow smelled strongly of body odor. When we called the desk, we were told the staff member would have to clean a room herself because housekeeping had left. A few minutes later, she found someone sleeping in a room marked vacant, so there was no clean room for us. We were told the desk couldn't refund us and someone would contact us in the morning. Nobody reached out. After I called every day, an employee laughed and said not to expect to hear from the Manager. A week of calls later, we finally got an email saying we were being refunded. The Manager never called back to apologize for this horrible, disgusting experience. The overflowing outdoor trash can should have been a sign of what was inside. Avoid this filthy hotel. It needs new management.
