We've stayed here many times without trouble, but this last visit was horrible. We paid for three nights and asked for extra room keys. They refused, called the police, and told us we'd been trespassed, even though there had been no warning or issue on our part. It felt like they had legally taken our money. We've heard we're not the only people this has happened to. Very sad.

Room 108's bathroom was filthy, and after the power went out there was a strange smell. There was no internet, and I found bugs in the sink and bed. I tried to check out right away, but nobody answered at the counter. They refused to refund me, saying there was no refund for checking out early. I'm calling the health department.

The refrigerator was dirty, there was something sticky on the nightstand, and the sheets had lube on them. The faucet was also coming out of the wall, and the towels were dirty. I was very disappointed, especially since management acted like none of it was a big deal.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The room was clean, with no bad smells, and pretty much like any other room. Customer service was great too, everyone was friendly, respectful, and kind.

The boat parking was good, but all the rooms need a proper cleaning. They smell musty, like a storage closet that's been shut for years.
