Mike F. made the bar feel like a destination, not just a hotel amenity. He was welcoming, calm, and efficient even when it got busy, and he knew the menu well. After the first night, he remembered what I liked to drink and came up with great suggestions when I wanted something different. His Old Fashioned was perfectly balanced, one of the best I’ve had. I can’t recommend his service highly enough. Ask for him if you want a good cocktail and a great conversation.

As an IHG Executive Platinum member who stays at many properties, I found the Crowne Plaza Warwick a real standout. Jon, the manager, was outstanding, and his leadership showed in how well the hotel ran. We were greeted warmly and upgraded right away to a pristine, well-appointed King Platinum room. He went above and beyond to make the stay terrific. I’m excited to return, and wish every hotel paid this much attention to service and detail.

I was here for a work function, so I can only speak to the events and banquet team. The breakfast was very good, and the clean, well-maintained grand ballroom is beautiful and a good size for work events or wedding receptions. The location is convenient for out-of-town guests, close to PVD airport, about a 15-minute drive from Providence, and a little over an hour from Boston. Colleagues who stayed at the hotel had good things to say about the rooms and their quality, though I can’t speak to those myself.

I’m late posting this, but the service was superb. I made a booking mistake, and the daytime front desk manager was incredibly kind and helped turn a difficult situation into an easy one. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. Everyone was courteous and capable, from the airport shuttle drivers and front desk to the restaurant, housekeeping, and conference staff. The manager deserves the biggest thanks. I’m very grateful, and recommend this hotel 100%.
