Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

We only needed a quick night here, and it was just right. Using the Hilton app made check-in and checkout easy, so we barely interacted with staff, but everyone we saw was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was convenient, the beds comfortable, and the room spotless. The lobby, hallways, and elevators were all exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, something I always notice and appreciate. Couldn’t ask for more, we’ll be back.

For guests flying in from out of town, the Hilton Garden Inn is handy, about a 10 minute walk from the airport, and I believe there’s a shuttle. We held our daughter’s wedding block here, and staff were incredibly helpful getting it set up and making sure our needs were met. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. They gave the bride and groom a large corner room for hair and makeup, and brought in a dress rack and extra chairs for the girls. We could choose a good buffet breakfast or made to order food downstairs each morning, both for a price, and it was nice to eat there with wedding guests. Iron Works is attached to the hotel, so no one had to drive to the rehearsal dinner, and it was great. After the wedding ended at 9:30, we arranged an after party at the Jefferson Speakeasy across the street from 10:00-1:00, which was a big hit. I definitely recommend this hotel for wedding blocks.

The first night they were overbooked, but the staff apologized and gave us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. The rooms were nice, very clean, and had soft beds. Breakfast was great, too. It’s very convenient for the airport and rental car return. Parking costs extra, though I guess that’s standard around there. I’d definitely stay again.

After a long day of travel through the snow, I came here just looking for a place to rest my head and got a genuinely warm welcome from Pam. She’s the pinnacle of a night auditor. Even while getting the house ready for the sales and housekeeping team to have a successful morning, she took the time to welcome a member coming in from the snow. As a Navy member and Hilton Gold member, I can’t ask for much more from such an incredible staff member. I can’t praise her enough, and I’d gladly come again after such an incredible night and a chance to meet a true hotelier.
