The room was roomy, and the lobby was a nice place to have breakfast, but our three-night weekend stay came with no cleaning at all. At the desk, I was told they skip weekend room cleaning because they're too busy. That's unacceptable. The caulking in our room had mold, though I could live with that. The shower water kept changing temperature and was hard to adjust. Breakfast was just okay: powdered scrambled eggs and sausage I found gross, though the Greek yogurt, apples, and decent coffee were good.

The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the staff and cleaning ladies were friendly. Still, I wouldn't come back unless they fix the hot water. For the whole week I was here, my showers were cold or barely warm. I brought it up to the front desk several times; they said they'd reset the boiler, but after each reset the water took at least an hour to heat again. For what they charge for a week, this needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise, the stay went smoothly.

The rooms were spotless, and the amenities added a lot to the trip. Everyone on staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome. I loved staying here and can't wait to return!

The room smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, and housekeeping came in without us requesting service while the “do not disturb” sign was up. After checkout, I found my car had been vandalized. They told me their cameras weren't working and they weren't responsible. The $50 incidental still hadn't gone back to my debit card nearly a month later, and nobody has answered even though I've called every day since my March 29 stay. The rude front desk employees gave me an email for the “GENERAL MANAGER,” but I haven't been able to reach them there either. TRASH TRASH TRASH. I'd give negative 20 stars 10000 times if I could. Do better, holiday inn.

The hall floors were sticky and pretty dirty, though the area was quiet, which I liked. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. Nothing special, but not a bad IHG hotel, and I'd stay again.
