I expected a much better level of hospitality at the Concordia. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and I think management needs to be more careful about hiring. There are plenty of other places to stay, so I’d look elsewhere.

Having both a sink and a microwave made the stay really convenient, and the rooms are spacious.

The mini kitchen was clean, and there’s a Trader Joes nearby for groceries. The rooms have a nice studio apartment feel, and the hotel seemed clean and safe. New Hampshire Ave gets a little noisy, but it wasn’t too bad. :)

It felt more like a serviced residence than a regular hotel, with kitchenware for simple cooking. I picked up groceries at Traders Joe nearby and made a quick dinner in the microwave. The place was tidy and quiet, and the staff were really kind and accommodating.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. A few things didn’t work properly, including the phone, ice maker, fire alarm, and shower, but those problems felt minor. I had a great stay.
