The property is beautiful and clearly well cared for. Shayla Henry gave me a really good tour, taking time to answer questions and share what she knows about the neighborhood. Since I’m new to the area, that was especially helpful, and the visit felt personal rather than rushed. I’ll get back in touch as my move-in date gets closer.

Sam, Shayla, and Chris recently put together a resident event that was organized with real thought and care. That’s part of the community the Bozzuto team has built at The Residences on the Avenue since returning as management. The concierge staff deserve a mention too, especially Yvette and Thomas, who are attentive and very helpful. We’ve had a wonderful experience and really value how consistently the team puts residents first, which isn’t something you can take for granted these days. We love living here and appreciate everyone’s dedication.

Bradford, Ava, and James welcomed me warmly the first time I visited Residence on The Avenue. The kindness and professionalism I saw from them is consistent across the team. As a vendor partner, I’ve especially enjoyed working with Shayla. She communicates clearly, responds quickly, and comes up with creative event ideas that help us meet residents and promote our services. She’s supportive and clearly invested in making things work. Anyone partnering with the property or considering living there can feel confident in the people they’ll be dealing with. That care shows in every interaction.

The maintenance team is quick to take care of service requests, and they really look out for tenants. Adrian in particular has done a great job. Management is just as responsive and attentive to residents’ needs. Residence on the avenue is well run from top to bottom. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to family and friends.
