The hotel is genuinely pet-friendly, and the pet services and staff kindness get 10/10 from me. The gentlemen at the entrance were also lovely and always available. Inside, the rooms were comfortable and well kept, with very good housekeeping, and room service was excellent, though the food had a bit too much pepper. A special thank-you to the woman on the night shift for doing such a great job. The terrace is beautiful. I’d adjust the entrance lighting to keep its elegant feel, and update the curtains: closed, they block the view, while open, they let in quite a bit of wind outside summer. The windows in the room don’t open, which I found difficult. Reception could be warmer and greet people with a smile. These are suggestions for improvement, since the service was excellent and it’s a great hotel overall.

The room was immaculate, the food was excellent, and the Georgetown location made it easy to walk to everything. Parking was easy too. The food is quite expensive, though we had a brunch credit with the room reservation. What stood out most was the staff. It felt like old-school hospitality, with people who seemed to enjoy their jobs and were welcoming and caring. The electronics in the room felt a little dated and could use an upgrade someday, with USB ports and the like. One evening, the male bartender at the lobby bar was a bit rude and edgy, unlike the rest of the team. Apart from that, the stay was perfect. I can’t wait to come back, and I’ll choose Rosewood Hotels whenever I can.

The Bellman and Valet team, Endale, Zelalem, and Dawit, were friendly, helpful, and efficient. At meals, Zully, Madaya, and Luz were incredibly kind, and the dining was consistently impressive. Ajit, Ny Aina, and Daniel at the Front Desk welcomed me warmly and kept up the excellent service throughout my visit. Alex Q., Assistant Front Office Manager, also deserves a special thank-you for his professionalism and attention to detail. Rosewood Washington, D.C. brings together comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, refined stay in the heart of Washington, D.C.

The townhome felt just like home, and the cuisine and location were amazing. The gym, rooftop, and CUT Steakhouse were great extras. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced, especially considering I travel around the world and stay at top hotels every month. I’m already thinking about my next visit and can’t wait to come back!

Persia was a wonderful server when I went to the rooftop bar with friends. She made sure we were comfortable, kept attentive and calm on a busy night, suggested great wines, and made a lovely espresso martini. The view from the roof was amazing, and I had a great time. I’d recommend it to anyone in DC. There were around 50 people up there and only one server, so they could either limit how many guests they let in or add more servers. Otherwise, I loved it and Persia was great.
