I’ve stayed at Best Western Plus hotels around the country, and this is one of the nicer ones. Everything was super clean, and it’s close to stores and restaurants. Lynn at the front desk made our first overnight adventure with our grandbabies a good one. They’re active and curious, but she was so accommodating, and nobody made us feel unwelcome even when the kids were full of energy. The staff are warm and welcoming too. Please make sure Lynn and the rest of the team get the recognition they deserve.

There were plenty of snacks to choose from, and the hot breakfast was great and free. I was pleasantly surprised by the updated, very clean room. Lots of outlets, and it stayed quiet even though we were near the main staircase.

Greg at the front desk was amazing and took care of something before I even had to bring up the issue. The rooms were clean, service was great, and it was pretty much what you’d expect. Breakfast was decent too.

We keep coming back to this Washington, MO property and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Jamie, our favorite person at the front desk, is always on the ball, smiling, and follows through every time. The rest of the staff are courteous and helpful as well. Breakfast has lots of choices and is very good, the beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this gem!

The staff are great, though this isn’t the nicest BWP I’ve stayed at. It’s clearly an older hotel, with spacious rooms that have an old smell. The elevator feels a bit sketchy and is heavily scented with lemon oil.
