The people here are what made me decide to keep my hotel stay instead of changing plans. Haneef, Bethlehem, Kaseem, and Eleanor each showed real kindness and care, and I’m so grateful for it. From arrival, everyone made me feel at home and looked after. The staff were friendly and professional the whole time, and their patience and attentiveness never went unnoticed. It’s unusual to find people who treat guests with such sincerity and heart. Thank you for making my stay comforting and memorable. I’ll remember the warmth you brought to it.

The Sly upstairs serves really good food, and the service was decent. I visited on a holiday, so the tight timing made sense. The hotel is very close to the train, though, so there was some horn and rail noise. The hotel team was superb, especially the front desk and bellhop. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The valet company could be kinder. I loved my stay otherwise and will be back.

We got stuck in DC during the snowstorm with two friends and needed to add another night. The front desk manager kept us at the same rate and even moved us into a king suite. Lenora at the front desk was really friendly and went out of her way to help. The rooms are modern and luxurious, and the rooftop restaurant and outdoor areas are wonderful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

We were snowed in for four days and honestly didn’t want to leave. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. I could’ve used more towels at check-in, but housekeeping was just a quick call away. Le Labo products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Room service could use better options, and the restaurants on site are pretty pricey.
