The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows reminded me of the ones at the Sheraton where we stayed the following night. There was plenty of parking, and the Indian? woman at the weekday night desk and the Hispanic man serving breakfast were both friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual small hotel spread, with bread, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, and juice. It was what we paid for, so I have no complaint there. The pool was closed, with no water in it and construction going on around the area. I’d have given five stars if the bathtub knobs hadn’t been broken and the shower curtain hadn’t been dirty. The sink faucet was also much too forceful and noisy.

Mary at the front desk was wonderful during check-in, but that was the only bright spot. The first room had dirty, unwashed sheets. In the second, the tub was so old it had turned yellow, half the outlets didn’t work, including the ones by the nightstand, and the floors were dirty. The walls were so thin we heard everything, and people outside were walking around and even knocked on our window. By morning we found tiny bugs in the room and had been bitten while sleeping. At checkout, the woman behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us. I won’t be back.

A terrible place to stay. There were bed bugs and a really bad smell, and the front desk staff seemed creepy. When I asked them for help, they said there was nothing they could do because the manager wasn’t there. I won’t book here again.

The people here are so friendly. The woman who works the front desk around 4 p.m. is especially lovely, kind, and just the best to talk to.
