The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with no obvious signs of wear. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was great too. Service was impeccable. Breakfast left me a bit underwhelmed, though I can't remember whether that was the hotel's fault. I'd happily stay here again.

Hugo at the front desk was a real highlight. He was friendly, always smiling, and knew the city well, with great suggestions for things to do. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond and happy to help. The staff made the stay memorable, and I can't recommend Viceroy DC enough. Marie

Everyone was great to us, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go, all less than a mile away. The rooms felt too dark sometimes, even with all the lamps on. Also, it'd be helpful to have a smoothie option without nuts, since every smoothie on offer contained them.

The lobby had lots of places to sit, and the little cafe was a nice spot in the morning. Our room was larger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning ran a little loudly overnight, and getting the bathroom temperature just right took some figuring out. Still, a very nice hotel in a great location, and we had a great stay.

Hugo was especially kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. He really made a difference during my stay. The whole staff was welcoming and ready to assist, and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it. Thanks to the whole team!
