At the Washington Hilton's Make A Wish Foundation fundraiser about a week ago, the ballroom looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and they raised a lot for a good cause. I go to corporate banquets often, and the bar service is usually pretty basic. Patrick was different. He was friendly, engaging, and clearly a professional who took pride in making a great drink. He even squeezed the fruit himself. His special was a delicious Old Fashioned, regular or smoked. He peeled the orange rind, added Luxardo cherries on a skewer, mixed the drink, patiently smoked it when asked, then poured it over ice in a prepared glass. Word spread and people lined up for one. He turned an ordinary event into a memorable occasion. Thank you.

Chef Daniel was one of the highlights of my stay at Hilton Washington DC. He was warm and welcoming, went out of his way to make things special, and suggested some local restaurants that turned out to be amazing choices. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location for exploring the city. Thanks to Chef Daniel and the attentive staff, I had a memorable visit and would happily return. Highly recommend!

We came from California for the lead conference, a group of middle schoolers and two advisors. It's only day two, and the first day was mostly travel, so this is what we've experienced so far. The service was good when we arrived, and we got our rooms at an appropriate time. But three rooms had only one bed when we needed two. It was already late, and we waited until 1 a.m. for rollaway beds, which were terrible. I could tell the worker was trying his best to deliver them, but they should have more than one person doing that job. The Starbucks cafe workers were extremely rude and had terrible manners. They were making drinks without masks, and one was coughing, which seemed unsanitary. The elevators were so crowded that people tried the stairs, but the stairway doors were closed. That could be a serious problem in a fire.

Chef Daniel kindly shared some of his favorite local restaurants, and we tried O-Ku Sushi. Dinner was absolutely fabulous, so thanks for the recommendation. Everyone at the Washington Hilton was friendly and courteous, and we had an amazing stay. We'll definitely return to the hotel and enjoy more of this great city.

The staff made our stay really enjoyable. Mr Chris, the doorman, was patient and accommodating when we needed taxis to the wedding event and to the airport. The women making coffee at the convenient mini store and breakfast spot were friendly and great. Check-in was easy, and we had breakfast the morning after arriving Friday evening. The hotel was beautiful and great for photos. Staff were super friendly and courteous, and the restaurant food was good. Thank you, Hilton Washington!
