Days Inn Watertown

The staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable. My room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. The bathroom had nice upgrades, including new flooring, countertops, and grab bars in the bath and shower. Some cosmetic drywall work is still needed, and the chairs could use slipcovers if new ones aren’t already on order.

I booked nine days while waiting for an adoption approval. It came through in two days, so I asked for a refund for some of the remaining nights, not all of them. I figured they could keep a couple of extra nights and refund the rest, but the manager was super unreasonable. I ended up paying almost $700 for two nights, when we could have stayed somewhere really nice for half that. The room smelled, and our clothes smelled weird every time we got dressed and left. Even our friends commented on it when we met up. The air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. There’s no elevator, so hauling our stuff up the stairs was a pain. The back door was always open because the lock was broken or jammed. Breakfast was decent, and the front desk clerk was very nice, but I personally would never stay here again.

A blizzard was coming down the road, so I needed a place to stay. The price and features were a perfect combination, and the hot tub was great.

A group of us stay here when we come up to ICE fish. The rooms and breakfast are decent, there’s little to no loud noise, the hot tub works, and the pool is clean. Good hotel.
