Arsenal Apartments

I rented a short-term apartment at Arsenal St, and it was a total scam. As soon as you walk in, you can smell weed and cat pee, and the carpets are never vacuumed. It’s very loud, with disruptive people, and I didn’t feel safe. The side doors open easily from outside, even though the front door needs a key fob. I’ve had several homeless people wander into the building. I tried to move out before the lease ended because of the safety and other problems, but they’re keeping my security deposit to cover another month because I didn’t give notice. Never rent from this place or Washington st properties. Pay more and use another company.
