The staff were so welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety, was very clean, and the women working there were especially kind. The coffee was good too. There's also a nice basic workout area. The location is convenient, right off the highway and near restaurants and stores. I'd absolutely stay again.

Easy to get to right off the highway, and our room stayed surprisingly quiet all night. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, especially the signature cinnamon rolls, just what you'd hope for from a Holiday Inn Express. The property felt modern and well maintained, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Front desk staff welcomed us warmly, with that genuine South Dakota hospitality from the moment we walked in. We stayed a couple of nights and had a fantastic time. A great option for a business trip or a stop along the way. Highly recommended!

My family was very satisfied with our recent stay. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and there was more of it than we expected. Thank you for a great stay!

I enjoyed the well-stocked Market by the front desk, and the room had a good TV with plenty of programs, plus a mini fridge, small microwave, and iron and board. The rooms are bright and contemporary, with great beds, good pillows, and a dark, quiet atmosphere. The staff are extraordinary. Kris and Michelle at the front desk, and Jen, who cooks and serves breakfast and keeps the area clean, are all friendly and good at their jobs. Housekeeping keeps the place sparkling and tidy, which makes it so inviting and high quality. I can't say enough good things about everyone. I only wish I could live here!

They say they offer award-winning customer service, but that changed when I had an issue. The assistant manager was kind and understanding, but said they couldn't make decisions. The general manager wouldn't even speak with me about it. I was told to call back Monday because the GM doesn't work weekends and only works 9-5 Monday-Friday. I contacted corporate Holiday, who notified the hotel while I was on hold. They were appalled and apologized several times for this location's lack of customer service and flexibility. Corporate said they never see this across all their locations.
