The rooms were clean and the pool was heavenly, though the gym was a little small for my taste. Breakfast was just okay. Biscuits and gravy and eggs every single morning gets old. There was also a kid a few rooms down screaming bloody murder. The biggest problem for me was Margie, the housekeeper on the second floor, singing Hallelujah music at the top of her lungs all day. She was short and had braids, I think. She also went into my brother's room even though he had the Not Ready Yet sign on the door. I needed a nap before an event, but every time I started to fall asleep, she was scream-singing again. Employees need to remember there are people in the rooms who don't want to hear that all day. I should've complained at the front desk, but didn't want anyone to get in trouble.

Our king Jacuzzi suite was amazing, with a separate room just for the Jacuzzi. My fiancé and I had a late Valentine’s Day celebration, and the hotel made sure our room was magnificent. We love staying at Holiday Inns, but this visit was especially great. Jennifer checked us in. She's helped me a couple of times since I became a member, and I love that she remembers me and greets me so warmly. The staff here are always diligent. We'll be back, as always.

The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel was really clean with one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen. We had a great last-minute stay after bad weather left us with no choice but to stop overnight. Crystal at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially when our panic-booked Expedia reservation wasn't quite right.

The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable enough that I could've spent a week there. I was sorry to be staying just one night. Even with guests in town for a sports tournament, the front desk was accommodating and put me on a separate floor to keep things quiet. Maybe he was worried I'd wake the kids with my snoring. I arrived at 10 p.m. Friday and found parking available. The hotel is perfectly placed a minute off I-81, among good restaurants, with gas stations on the way in. It's close to everything in Watertown and convenient for the North Country.

My room was dirty when I stayed over Easter weekend. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, and there were crumbs and hair all over the bed. I asked the girl in the Rick and Morty shirt for several things, and she ignored me every time, even rolling her eyes and sighing like it was a huge job. She spent hours talking on her phone instead of doing anything. I asked her to vacuum and change my sheets and towels, but came back to find nothing done. The brunette girl with glasses and no name tag was happy to help, didn't complain, and ended up doing it. If she hadn't been there, my review would've been even lower. She was so sweet and helpful, and I wish she'd been assigned to my room so I could tip her well. I wasn't tipping Rick and Morty girl. If she doesn't want to work, she shouldn't be there. Do better, Holiday Inn.
