Extended Stay America - Seattle - Renton

The front desk woman was very sweet, which was the nicest part of the visit. The floors smelled bad, like an old casino on the first and an old restaurant on the second. Our room didn't feel clean either. I know the hotel couldn't prevent the couple fighting upstairs, but the bathroom was dirty enough that I felt like I needed another shower after using it. There was a long hair on one towel, and the other looked like it had just been folded and put back on the rack. With how much people are thinking about germs, it felt far from sanitary. I won't stay here again.

We've been staying here for about eight months, and the team has done so much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Byron, the manager, is outstanding and works incredibly hard. Since he took over, we've seen a major difference. Steven in maintenance is wonderful, and Bailey and the other women at the front desk are helpful and polite. The property is clean and cared for, and you can tell the people here really care. I'm grateful to all of them for making our stay so pleasant.

The location was nice, close to everything we needed. The room was a good size for us since we mostly just slept there. Breakfast was muffins, bars, oatmeal, and coffee. You'll need to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. Our stove had a thick layer of leftover grease that housekeeping hadn't cleaned.

I'm staying for five weeks, and this is only day two. The staff have been very helpful. The room is nice, with a great kitchen and bathroom, and the bed is comfortable. I arrived with dirty clothes, so I used the laundry room. It was very good, with four washers, six dryers, a folding table, and a couch.
