Surestay By Best Western Grants

We pulled off the highway for the night, paid for a room, and found hair in the bathtub and a dirty toilet. When we asked for housekeeping, we were told it wasn't available at night. The second room they showed us had a full toilet that wouldn't flush. We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere, but they refused, and there was no manager available to speak with. We went across the street to the cleaner, much nicer Best Western. They still wouldn't refund us.

The person at the front desk that morning wasn't friendly and was kind of rude to my child. The staff who first checked us in that night, though, were phenomenal. They were super kind and let us know about the pet fee for our walk-in reservation. It was a great place even for a one-night stay.

Brandon was great at check-in and helped us figure out where to go around town. The place was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. A very nice stay, and I'd recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet, and we slept well. The front desk woman was very nice and courteous. The indoor pool was a good size and clean. I'd recommend staying here, though the room needs a little maintenance: the bathroom handle was loose, the AC was noisy, and a light bulb was missing.
