The room was clean and new, though the soundproofing between floors and shower pressure could both be better. What stood out most was how Assistant Manager Karl Dunn and front desk Mona handled our cancelled reservation situation. They were professional, considerate, and showed a lot of empathy. We're grateful for their help and impressed by the way Karl and his crew reflect Hilton's focus on reliable hospitality and personalized guest experiences. I'd recommend considering a stay here.

The place was clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. But there was a strong smell that would sometimes come up through the bathroom pipes, so four stars.

The room, location, and staff were all great. I only wish the app had shown this hotel's parking fee, the way it did for other Hilton stays. It bugged me to find out I had to pay for parking when that cost wasn't included in the app.

The staff were absolutely great, and the location worked well for us while we were in town for a wedding weekend. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had free coffee, but breakfast cost extra. Dogs are welcome, too.

Mona made check-in easy and smooth, then was kind enough to get me a fresh hot tea when I came back looking for hot water. The marble entrance is gorgeous, and our room was clean with a brand-new bathroom. The covered parking area was well lit and cost $20. There's a little pet area with bags, and we walked a couple of miles around the streets feeling safe and relaxed. What a pet-friendly gem. Book it! Fifteen stars!
