SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Watertown

The front desk staff never spoke to us coming or going during our weeklong stay, and they weren’t very friendly. The hotel is older, but it’s kept up fairly well. Our one bedroom suite was comfortable, with a TV in both the living area and bedroom. It was easy to connect my Chrome Cast, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The sink being in the bedroom area worked fine for us, since one person could use it while the other showered. The bed was comfortable for me, but my wife found it too firm. Breakfast was okay, just standard self serve food with nothing special.

The only real problems were the broken kiddie pool heater, which nobody told us about, and a room key that took three or four tries to work. Breakfast was good, the staff were nice, and everything was clean.

Clean place, comfortable beds, and a nice breakfast. We had a good stay, easily the best hotel in town.

I was pleasantly surprised they had individually packaged gluten and dairy free breakfast items. That’s a rare treat at a hotel. The pool was great for the kids, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. It was fairly quiet, too, despite being so close to the interstate. Great stay!
