At breakfast, several people were barefoot while getting food, and the worker putting it out did nothing. I also found a strange amount of human hair in the eggs. Overnight, people screamed and ran up and down the halls, and the room above sounded like someone was sawing through the ceiling. Check-in at night was straightforward, and the room seemed clean at first. Then I noticed the shower was dirty, with the vent caked in dust and dirt, and it wouldn’t drain. Avoid this place.

Rooms aren’t cleaned even when you ask, and if you give feedback, you get attitude. The front desk manager is very unprofessional. There are plenty of better run hotels in the area, so avoid this place.

I’ve stayed at this hotel chain many times without problems, but I wouldn’t recommend this location. The pool area wasn’t maintained well, and the water smelled old and musty. Even though a sign said adults had to supervise, around 10-12 young teen boys were loud and rough in the pool. We waited about 1 1/2 hours for them to leave so we could enjoy it, and had to call twice to get the pool towels replenished. The room was more or less clean, but the bedside lamp and outlets didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and each shower flooded the bathroom. We asked for cleaning around 8am before leaving for the day. When we got back at 4:30pm, the room hadn’t been touched. The front desk said housekeeping had gone for the day, with no explanation or apology. Unfortunately, we weren’t happy with our stay.

The rooms were clean and updated, and we liked the lighting. The bathroom sinks were low and the bathrooms seemed a bit older, but everything was clean, which is my main concern. The shades and curtains kept the early sun out, and even though our room was right by the elevator, it was quiet. We’ve had a very loud room by an elevator at another hotel before. The staff were so willing to help. Everyone was friendly, smiling and saying hi in the hall, and some checked whether we needed anything. One staff member, maybe maintenance, noticed an older couple, one in a wheelchair, trying to take a selfie outside. He went out to offer to take their picture. The desk also suggested where we could find flowers to plant at the cemetery. When my husband was making several trips for ice to fill a cooler because our floor’s machine wasn’t working, a housekeeper offered him a bag to save him trips downstairs. It was refreshing. I really have no complaints. Good deal.
