Holiday Inn Express Watertown

We've stayed here several times as a family and have had consistently great service. The rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful, and breakfast is great every morning, even for our pickiest kids. The pool area is clean and always fun for us. Keep up the great work!

That 4 a.m. smoke alarm woke the whole family, and we still have no idea what triggered it. Such a frustrating interruption. The rest of the stay was really good, though: the room was roomy and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the coffee was great. Breakfast was complimentary and way beyond what we expected, with made-to-order pancakes, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and everything tasting very good. We'd gladly come back.

The kids especially loved the small pool, and the adults had a hot tub plus a nice little cedar sauna. We were in town for a college event with family and had a really enjoyable stay at Holiday. The rooms looked good and were very clean, as were the bathrooms. The shower was great, which matters a lot to me. We'd be happy to stay here again next year.

The hot tub filter grates have sharp edges, and two people cut their feet on them while we were there. The front desk didn't seem very concerned when it was brought up. The pool, on the other hand, has always been clean and open during our visits, and the staff are very helpful. The place is consistently clean.
