Comfort Inn Watsonville

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious waffles. We also had an extra person join us, and they upgraded our room without any hassle, which made the stay much more comfortable and stress free. Adam deserves a special shout out for being genuinely kind and helpful. His recommendations for places to explore made our trip better. The hotel was clean, easy to deal with, and accommodating from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, smooth experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed, but the service is what really stood out. When we accidentally had an extra person in our group, he quickly upgraded our room and made sure we’d be comfortable. That small gesture made a big difference. He also took time to suggest things to do nearby. It didn’t feel rushed or scripted; he seemed to care and gave us useful advice that made the trip better. From check-in onward, everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. We’d happily return and recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Adam, the owner, was really attentive and made sure guests were happy. It’s clear he cares about both the place and the people staying there. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed taken care of. I had a really nice stay and would definitely come back.

The bed was hard, and the shower water got lukewarm toward the end while the drain was very slow. There was no screen on the room window, and I came out to find my gas tank popped open. People hanging out in the back parking lot kept us up all night. Sketchy. We booked here to save a few dollars, but next time I’ll pay extra for the Hilton or the holiday inn.
