I drive a bus, and the stay worked out really well for me. The pool and hot tub were clean and accessible, the gym met my needs, and the coffee was hot and delicious. A coworker and I were allowed to keep our room until well into the evening while waiting for our charter. My only concern is whether there’s accessible parking for larger vehicles. Dani at the front desk on the morning of January 24th in Rexburg Idaho was extremely courteous and professional. Thank you, springhill suites. The place is very well kept.

We’ve stayed three times, and I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else when we’re in the area. It’s a cute little place with a lovely countryside view, and the front desk people are the friendliest I’ve ever met.

The location is great, and I’d recommend staying here. My visit was very pleasant: the hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and well maintained, with friendly, welcoming staff and thoughtfully laid-out rooms that had what I needed. A few things could be better. Breakfast was underwhelming, as other reviews seem to say. My TV remote was glitchy, the AC got loud at night, and the shower temperature swung between very hot and very cold.

The room was ready when we arrived and had a comfortable temperature. Check-in was easy, and the staff member was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in town and easy to reach. Breakfast had the usual continental basics, but it was underwhelming and tasted and felt like it came off a Chinese mass production assembly line.

I’m here for an extended work stay, and the accommodations have been amazing. The suites are especially spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly when something comes up. Manager Jaimie has been incredible to work with and understands how demanding it can be to organize large groups. I can’t recommend working with her enough. A fantastic place to stay in Rexburg!
