The apartments are beautiful and come with everything you need, even a dryer. The location is great for getting to the beach, and the pools are lovely with ocean views.

It’s tough to leave such a good review in case the place gets too popular and raises its prices, but they deserve the praise. Of the several long-term rentals I’ve tried around Miami, this has been the best so far. It’s clean, everything works, the amenities are good, and the view from the private balcony is great. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, and having one free dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus. Hard to beat at this price.

The view is the only reason I’m giving this two stars. We were four people in a suite, but got only two washcloths, and all the sheets and bedding were stained. The pull-out couch was stained and gross too, and there were black marks around the bathtub. Most of the outlets didn’t work, so we had to buy a portable charger for our phones. Late at night, when we called the supposedly 24-hour concierge to ask for clean sheets, towels, and washcloths, a very rude woman answered and said she was only taking messages. We were exhausted, so we went to bed and tried again in the morning. When towels finally arrived the next day, they were stained again, and there were still no washcloths. We paid extra for a late checkout, but housekeeping woke us hours before checkout because they hadn’t been told. After they left, an irritated man knocked and asked if we had paid the $50 for the late checkout, even though we’d already told them we had. They direct you to a company to watch your bags after checkout, but it’s off site and only keeps them until 5. The place was dirty, people were rude, and it wasn’t worth the money. Stay somewhere else. I’ll also be following up with corporate by email and phone.

The beds were super comfortable, and the pool area was really nice. It’s a condo complex, so there’s no daily housekeeping; I’m pretty sure you can request it if you need it. The check-in envelope had all the information about my stay. Everything matched the description and was clean and neat. They let me check in early after I asked, and the amenities were nice. It was worth the money, and the downtown location is perfect. I’ll definitely come back.
