I come back every year for our clinic, and the clean rooms make it an easy choice. This year I left my wallet behind. When I called, Oliver at the front desk was wonderful, and after I drove an hour back, everything was still there. The staff are fantastic. I’m already looking forward to staying again. Wonderful place!

Victor at reception was friendly and helpful while staying professional and respectful. We also liked the good complimentary breakfast, clean facilities, warm clean hot tub, and plentiful free parking. The building has a modern feel, and although the lobby was still being renovated, it didn't bother us. It's near the outer edge of Lansing, which wasn't a concern for us. There wasn't a microwave in our room, though plenty of nice hotels don't have one.

Joe noticed me looking for water in the lobby late at night, after the dispenser had been cleaned and put away, and came out to fill some for me. That was amazing service. I was here for work for a few days, and the hotel was well kept and in the middle of remodeling.

The room was practically immaculate, and there was plenty to do, including the basketball gym and swimming. We caught a lower-price night and were completely happy with what we paid. This made our son's spring break better than we could have imagined. It's easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Lansing, and I'd recommend it to families and business travelers.

I drive a school bus for Union City Community Schools, and sometimes I bring students from Youth and Government class here or pick them up after their three or four day stay. It's a nice place.
