Hilton Garden Inn Wayne

Room 223 was beautiful and immaculate, with a spacious bathroom, fantastic shower, and a view we especially enjoyed. It was so quiet that we heard nothing, and I had one of the best night's sleep ever. The price was very reasonable, and we'd book again in a heartbeat. There are plenty of parking spaces, too. The foyer felt warm and welcoming, with sunshine coming in, and the seating, lighting, and attention to detail were lovely. Staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Thanks for making the stay memorable.

The staff made it a pleasant visit, and the hotel itself is nice. I came to work in the lobby, but there isn't much room, and most of it seems intended for people ordering from the kitchen. You can't eat there unless you're dining in, which feels unusual. More seats for guests who want to have food in the lobby without dining there would be helpful.

The one thing I wasn't happy with was the extra charge for breakfast. I feel it should be included for hotel guests. Apart from that, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was very pleasant, and the hotel was good all around. The front desk team were kind and professional. Special thanks to the woman working the afternoon-to-night shift. I can't recall her name, but she speaks Spanish and was so kind and helpful to me. My family and I were visiting from Boston, and it turned out she was from Boston too. I really appreciated her attention and customer service. Thank you very much! 🩵🙏🏽

The rooms and bathrooms had a clean, luxurious feel, and the hotel offered plenty of amenities. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all clean and well kept, with a Peloton and Life Time equipment in the gym. Service was great, and I'd stay again if I'm in the area. Just watch out for the road leading there, it's in rough shape and the potholes could give you a flat.
