Best Western Plus Waynesboro Inn & Suites Conference Center

Wi-Fi was one of my main reasons for choosing BWP, and I mentioned that before paying because it’s usually pretty good. Once I was in the room, though, it wouldn’t connect or even let me enter a password. The front desk said they had restarted the router, but the network never disappeared and came back on my device, so I felt they were just saying that to placate me. I waited to see if anyone was fixing it, then asked if I could use the conference room Wi-Fi, which at least let me reach the password screen. They wouldn’t allow that either. I was then told the Wi-Fi had been down all day, though nobody had mentioned it when I checked in, even after I’d explained how important it was to me. They offered a 10 percent discount. I said I wanted a full refund instead, and left so they could rent the room to someone else that night and keep none of my money. Thanks for nothing. 0/10, would never recommend. This review will live forever.

Stormy and the BW Team made planning our wedding room block and after-party easy. They were kind, quick to answer our questions, and got the setup just right. Our guests had a wonderful time. Thank you!

There were several things out of order during our stay: the internet, lobby coffee maker, first-floor ice machine, and one side door. Still, the place was clean, including the bathroom, and it’s in a good location. Breakfast is available, though there isn’t much for someone who’s gluten free.

The heating and AC unit was so loud that I had to turn it off to sleep, and then I woke up freezing. The place is a little dated, but it was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and had no odor. Cleanliness matters most to us, and I’d stay again.
