Quality Inn Waynesboro

The room had plenty of space, but the inside was rough. It smelled smoky even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, and I could hear everything through the thin walls. The decor was awful, the paint looked blah, and the shower was dirty. There was even tissue in the toilet when I checked in.

We’ll be back. The staff were wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. Our accessible queen room was roomy, with a huge bathroom. It’s also in a great central spot for downtown Waynesboro activities. Park once and you can walk anywhere.

We stopped here for a few days to rest and wait out a storm while hiking the Appalachian Trail. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the price was reasonable. You can walk to the town center, restaurants, and Walmart. I’d definitely recommend it.

The street noise kept going until about 1:00 am, and this hotel sits by a busy road. The place is very old and the lighting was awful. At check-in, another guest came in to have his toilet cleared. Breakfast was a letdown: the area was cramped, the eggs tasted bad, the biscuits were cold in the middle, and there was no fruit. There was just one outlet by each bed and none at the desk.
