The hosts, Bill and Mary, are delightful, and breakfast is out of this world. The rooms are spacious, with a nice living room and porch looking out over the mountains. Waynesville is a lovely resort community with great shops and restaurants. It's also an easy drive to the Smoky Mountains National Park, lots of waterfalls and downtown.

I loved watching wildlife at different times of day, whether from the breakfast table, the porch, or a chair by the picture window when it rained. The mountain peaks looked great, and the location put lots of options close by, depending on what you want to do. Bill and Mary were warm and welcoming over the holiday weekend. Breakfast was delicious, and so were the treats my husband bought me for my birthday. Our bed and room furnishings were comfortable, and we slept really well. We'll be back.

My husband planned a weekend away for our second wedding anniversary, a little break from our 18-month-old. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was lovely, and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. We had a perfect breakfast, including a muffin I can't remember the name of but still think was to die for. My husband added a romantic dinner, and Mary and Bill made us delicious steaks and mashed potatoes, followed by chocolate mousse. Their absolutely gorgeous dog, Shadow, won me over too. Main Street is about a five-minute drive, with lots of cute shops where we definitely spent way too much. We'd love to come back.

Mary and Bill were so hospitable, always available, and went well beyond what we needed for our disabled son. We enjoyed chatting with them, and appreciated how accommodating they were. The breakfasts were scrumptious each morning, and the afternoon treats were a welcome extra. Our rooms were very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The beautiful shared spaces included a grandfather clock with the softest chimes. Outside, the grounds and mountain views were spectacular. We loved the wildlife, plants, weather, rocking chairs and waterfall. The backyard and terrace felt like a private haven. This was our first bed and breakfast, and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend it.

We're staying in the Smokies cabin, a cozy cottage that's conveniently close to stores and downtown. The owners were wonderfully hospitable. On arrival we found fresh cookies and a card wishing my wife and me a happy anniversary, a thoughtful personal touch. Thanks, we'll definitely stay again!
