Hampton Inn & Suites Weatherford

We stay at the Hampton Inn Weatherford whenever we're nearby, and it's been a great experience every time. Everyone is so kind and accommodating, housekeeping included, and they really try to make sure we're happy. The place is spotless, and breakfast is good and kept well stocked. I travel often, so it's nice knowing what to expect here.

Robin made sure our room was cleaned whenever we went out, and Adam kept us supplied with extra towels. Even though our visit was brief, Chris greeted us with a smile. Thanks to all three of them for going above and beyond.

The room looked nice and was clean, but I barely slept. Noise came from everywhere: the AC rattled, the thermostat clicked, traffic carried through the window, and our door hinges squealed. The barn-style bathroom door bumped and rattled when it slid, and the sheets and towels felt rough. Doors throughout the hotel slammed so loudly that earplugs and a sound machine didn't block the noise when neighbors came and went. I was exhausted for another long day on the road. Being able to sleep matters most to me in a hotel, and this was a noisy stay with rough linens. Breakfast was okay, though there used to be more choice, and on weekends it doesn't start until 7 AM, which was inconvenient. On my return trip I chose another, much cheaper Weatherford hotel and had a far better stay. After more than 11 hours of driving, I had to wait at arrival and then look around for the front desk employee to check in. Robin, I think, didn't seem welcoming or offer an apology.

I was in Minerial Wells for training. The room was roomy and clean, the front desk service was great, and breakfast was a good hot meal.
