We were disappointed that the hot tub was no longer in the pool room when we came for the holidays last weekend. The General Manager overheard us and offered rooms with hot tubs, which was awesome. We can't wait to come back for those rooms. The kids love the pool, and we've always had a great time here, whether for birthday parties or a small pizza gathering after my Grandma passed away. Best hotel in Webster City by far.

Leslie and the staff were friendly, helpful, and really accommodating. Leslie handled all my questions professionally and never seemed annoyed. I have ocd and can be picky about things in my room, including disliking 4K tv. She gave me a remote so I could change the picture back to normal. They first put me on the ground floor facing away from the parking lot, but I wanted my window facing my work so I could check on it now and then. They moved me to a room facing the lot. The room felt very comfortable and home-like. The heat and cooling both worked well, as did the TV and large mini fridge. Everything was extremely clean, including the hallways and lobby. I'd recommend the AmericInn by Wyndham Webster City to anyone passing through Webster, Iowa.

The homemade food is good, and the service has been nice year after year. Rooms are consistently clean, too. The continental breakfast has a good selection, though options for allergy restrictions are limited. This is my first choice every time I visit.

We came for a wedding and switched to this hotel after canceling our reservation elsewhere. As soon as we pulled up, the fresh-looking exterior made me feel we'd picked the right place, and it looked just as fresh inside. Our room was clean, and despite the hotel being pretty full, they checked us in earlier than the stated time without any issue. Nothing got out of control. Breakfast was very good, with the usual cold items plus hot choices, including breakfast sausages, cheese omelets, and a really good biscuits and gravy casserole. A very pleasant stay.

Leslie at the front desk was kind and professional, and we had a very nice night. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the pool was warm. We've been coming here for family gatherings in Webster City for years, so it was disappointing that the hot tub was gone. We booked through a third party whose website still showed it, so this wasn't false advertising by the hotel itself. We'll definitely be back. Management, please bring back the hot tub!
