The room was filthy, and when I checked the mattress, I found bed bugs. We left immediately and asked to see another room, but the front desk guy was rude throughout. Before showing us anything else, he said we’d have to pay another $68 on top of the $100 we’d already paid. It was the same room setup, and it felt like he was charging us extra because we’d booked the first one online for less. We were tired and just wanted to rest, but ended up driving 45 minutes to another hotel and losing the money we’d paid. I worried the other room might have bed bugs too since they wash all the bedding together. Worst experience and customer service I’ve had. The online rate was cheaper than the price at the desk. When we asked the guy there to match it, he said no, so we booked online and he got upset. From outside, everything looked nice, but inside was another story. I always pull back the mattress cover to check for bugs.

My boyfriend arrived a little late. A woman had said there were rooms available, but when he walked in, she refused to rent him one because he was 18 and, she said, had to be 20 to book alone. He had his ID and plenty of money to pay. The Indian lady was extremely rude and swore at him for no reason. This place smells bad and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was surprisingly clean and well kept, and they let us check in close to 2 a.m. when we needed a break from a long drive. That’s what earned the stars. The place itself felt sketchy. I got up before my family and went to the car for a few things while getting ready. A man in a red shirt stood outside staring at me the whole time. About half an hour later, the car alarm went off. Through the window I saw a man in a black T-shirt and shorts hobbling away, with his hands on our car. He hurried inside and didn’t come back out until we were leaving. We asked the people outside if they’d seen anything. The man in the red shirt, who’d been there the whole time, acted like he had no idea. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

I’ve stayed here for 10 years, and the rooms have never been this bad. There’s no safety latch, and the shower head burst and sprayed water all over the bathroom. I’m really disappointed and won’t stay here again.
