Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

The way the staff treated my service dog really stood out. They were respectful and accommodating, welcomed her without question, and went out of their way to help us both feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a hotel that’s so thoughtful and genuinely service-dog friendly. The staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly throughout, and the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We had a wonderful stay, felt respected and cared for, and would absolutely return. Highly recommend, and thank you to the staff! 🩷

The rooms and furnishings are really outdated, and the service and staff performance fell below Sheraton standards. This old hotel needs renovation and much better service, especially given its prime location. Sheraton is a brand people prefer for its reputation, and with renovations, this place could easily become one of the city’s best hotels. The room was comfortable, and the rates are quite reasonable compared with New York. It’s also very convenient to get there, about 10 minutes by ferry or 20 by bus. The location is fantastic, with beautiful New York skyline views from the room in the evening and again when you wake up. Thanks to everyone for their efforts.

The closed pool greatly affected our three-day winter stay with my two children. I chose the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel specifically for its heated pool, since we planned to spend most of our time relaxing at the hotel and using its facilities before going on to Manhattan. There was no notice during booking that the pool would be closed. We only learned when we arrived and saw a sign at the front desk. That was a major disappointment, especially since the hotel has virtually nothing for children and the pool seemed to be its only real family attraction. The front desk staff also came across as cold, unwelcoming, and dismissive. My Bonvoy Gold status got no recognition or added value at all. This property is far below the standard I’ve experienced at other Sheraton hotels, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The peaceful waterfront and quick ferry ride to Midtown or Wall Street make this a great place near NYC, with Hoboken dining close by. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great beds, modern updates, and amazing NYC skyline views from the higher floors. Staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in went smoothly. The rooftop pool and bar with their views are a huge bonus. Sheraton Lincoln Harbor is a fantastic spot across from Manhattan, and I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
