Holiday Inn Weirton - Steubenville Area by IHG

We just walked in without calling or reserving, and it worked out fine. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Our dogs slept well too, and the room was soundproof enough that highway traffic didn’t disturb us at all. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Shopping, gas, and food are all nearby. We ate at Undo's, the hotel restaurant. The food was good, though the service was bad when we arrived less than an hour before closing. It was a pleasure staying here, and I highly recommend it.

The staff were all wonderful, friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The woman who checked us out had to listen to my anger, and I felt bad for her. We told her we were sorry and knew the charges weren’t her fault. But this will be our last stay at a Holiday Inn. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and even after flushing several times, toilet paper was still left in the bowl. We also weren’t told on the website about the $3.00 per day parking fee. We only learned about it at checkout, and it felt completely unreasonable, especially in Weirton, W.V. We’ve stayed at many hotels, including Holiday Inns, and NEVER PAID for parking. Headquarter people, you better check what YOUR hotels are doing. Next time we go to Weirton, it WILL NOT BE YOUR HOTELS!!!!!

Kris Emerald devoted himself to helping anyone who needed it during our son’s wedding. The hotel staff were great, and the rooms and common areas were clean throughout. The food was good and came in large portions. It’s easy to get to shops and restaurants, and I highly recommend the hotel for functions or an overnight stop.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and check-in is always easy. The staff are very friendly, and having a good restaurant connected to the hotel is convenient. It’s in the perfect location for my business needs.
