Hampton Inn Lehighton-Jim Thorpe

The whole team was friendly and attentive, and the woman at check-in was especially sweet. I usually get terrible travel anxiety, but I felt great staying here. My kids had a blast in the pool area, and I loved the complimentary tea and cookies. Their hot apple cider is a must. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back.

Breakfast on 2/16/26 was fantastic, fresh, and had plenty of choices for families. If you couldn't make it, there were bagels to take along. The lobby also had water, coffee, and tea available anytime, plus popcorn and cookies. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, was welcoming and kept greeting us warmly. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This is easily one of the best Hampton Inns we've visited. The little touches exceeded what we expected, and we'll book Hampton Inn again when we return to this lovely part of PA.

We came back for two nights this past weekend, my wife, our five-year-old daughter, and me. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating. We were in town before check-in time, so we called and asked about arriving early. They had a room ready and let us come in at no extra charge. The included breakfast for the three of us was much better than I expected: hot eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, a make-your-own waffle machine, and cereal and yogurt bars with good toppings like pecans. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were amazing, open until 10 p.m., and the tub was actually hot at a perfect temperature. The gym seemed brand new, with a great treadmill and dumbbells up to 75 pounds. Parking was free, with a large lot. In the lobby, there was fresh popcorn, lime and lemon water, hot apple cider, and coffee all day. Some hotels nickel-and-dime you for parking, Wi-Fi, or other amenities, but we didn't have that here. We'll come back in summer. It's a great base for visiting Jim Thorpe and Blue Mountain Resort, which is what we did.

The rooms were very clean, and the service was truly great. It's a fantastic pet-friendly hotel, with a very welcoming staff and a property that accommodates pets throughout. The location is easy to find, right off the main highway and only a five-minute drive from downtown. Breakfast was great too. In the lobby there's a water filter station, a little lounge area, and a popcorn machine offering complimentary popcorn, a fun touch. There's also a small outdoor space with a fireplace, which was awesome. Highly recommend.
