Chet, the GM, was especially attentive, personable, and accommodating. We think a great GM makes for a great staff, and the front desk team and food attendant were all friendly and pleasant. The hotel and our quiet room were very clean, and the breakfast was good with a clean dining area. It's convenient to get on and off I-95, with restaurants nearby. We'll definitely return and recommend it to others.

We booked just a few hours before arriving in the middle of the night, after an unexpected drive from FL to MA for a family matter. I'm so glad we stopped here. The hotel is tucked back a little, so it might not be obvious at first, but it's there, right off 95 with plenty of food and gas options nearby. It felt brand new and immaculate, with plush, cozy beds. Both women at the front desk, overnight and in the morning, were so welcoming and nice. I don't expect to make this drive again soon, but if I did, I'd absolutely stay here again.

We were locked out after going into the hall to take pictures, and somehow the latch had caught behind us. All our things, including keys and ID, were in the room. When we went downstairs for help, we were treated like criminals and told to leave into the freezing cold. We were an hour and a half from home and had nowhere to go. My friend called the GM on his cell, but he was rude and indifferent while we were only trying to retrieve our things so we could leave. We didn't want to stay after being treated that way. The police had to be called, and my friend had her ID on her phone, which was the only way we were able to get our things and leave. The GM and the front desk worker, a young Black guy, acted like they didn't care that we had nowhere to go before getting our belongings. I'm an honest, hardworking Black woman, and my friend is too. I don't recommend this place, and it doesn't deserve my money or patronage. They could have checked the cameras to see we were telling the truth. We never got an apology. They ruined our trip.

The shower water wasn't quite hot, and there wasn't a full-length mirror, any luggage racks, or a robe hook on the bathroom door. A room for four had only one nightstand, and the only power and USB outlets were on one side of the bed. Noise was the biggest issue: the wood floors let sound carry through the ceilings and walls like a bass drum. People above or beside us kept walking back and forth, so we had to move rooms, and our white-noise app didn't help. Do hotel designers ever stay in the places they design? Even the breakfast room trash bin was too small for plates to fit through.

The breakfast bar looked nice, though we were in a hurry and didn't stay to eat. Check-in was quick, and the hotel is near restaurants. Cleanliness matters most to me, and I couldn't find anything that needed attention. The cleaning staff did a great job. We'll definitely stay there again.
