Kasa staff handled any problems quickly and took initiative, and the property manager was friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and laid out really well, with well-maintained amenities that are kept very clean. The location is amazing. I’d definitely recommend Kasa to anyone visiting Wellington for a few days or longer, and I’d stay again.

The apartment had potential and was nice overall, but it needed a much deeper clean. The cookware was dirty, so bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. The dryer didn’t work, and the sheets were damp; the master bedroom sheets were dirty and covered in hair. Since it was a holiday, customer service said fresh sheets couldn’t arrive until around 5 the following afternoon. I’d already been told check-in would be at 4:30 pm because the cleaning crew was still working when I arrived. The AC was out for two days, though they did respond quickly and send someone to repair it. My son also left his jacket behind, and we were told returning forgotten items would cost $60 for shipping. Be careful not to leave anything. Between the cleanliness and maintenance problems, the stay was disappointing.

We were sorry we didn’t have time to try the pool or gym, but the condo itself was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was impeccably clean, with coffee, spices, plenty of ice, towels and toiletries, including hair dryers. The Virtual Front desk worked very well. We stayed at Kasa Wellington while visiting friends for Thanksgiving, and we’ll be back. We also visit family near Miami, so I’ll see whether there are other properties closer to them.

There’s a huge mall nearby, with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. A coffee maker in the unit would be useful. Also, light from outside gets into the rooms at night, so better blackout blinds would be a plus.
