SureStay Hotel by Best Western Wells

We found a room at SureStay at a reasonable price, and the owner was very friendly. The motel could use some updating, but our room was clean and the service was courteous and kind. We’d made a last-minute choice to drive home to Reno from Idaho Falls, with Wells as the halfway stop. It worked out well for a late evening.

Friendly, helpful staff and very clean, well-stocked rooms. A good budget stop on the road, especially if you’re traveling with a pet. I’d stay again.

The room was clean and well kept. Parking wasn’t very convenient for pulling a trailer, and I had to switch rooms because the dog next door was barking loudly.

It was really quiet, and the thick walls kept hallway noise out. I was there solo and felt safe-ish, though I saw some men who come for work hanging outside. It didn’t bother me, but as a young woman I wouldn’t arrive very late, and if you do, park close. The room was much cleaner than I expected, with spotless white sheets and the whitest pillow I’ve ever seen. The bed itself was extremely clean and comfortable, even if its box looked old and crusty. The tub needs a makeover, the plumbing could be better, my sink drained slowly, and the carpet had an average hotel feel. Still, I’d definitely come back and recommend it to people who are okay with a nice motel. It’s no casino resort, Hampton, or Four Seasons, but I felt I got my money’s worth.
